What is the best way in Logos 4 to prepare Bible Study Notes. Currently I cut and paste into MS Word. Is there a better way? I also like to keep all my past notes in previous studies.

The thread Joan included points to a tutorial Mark Barnes developed, cleverly combining favorites, notes, and clippings - http://www.4-14.org.uk/logos-bible-software-tutorial-videos/preparing-a-sermon-with-logos. It is about halfway into the notes tutorial, but the whole tutorial is instructive.
Additionally, LaRosa Johnson posted about using OneNote (http://community.logos.com/forums/p/5569/43428.aspx), similar to the way you use Word, outside Logos. I do not have OneNote but freebie KeyNote works a lot like it. OneNote and KeyNote are freeform database/outliner/ogranizer applications.
I'll cast my vote for OneNote too, if you have it available. It allows you to keep all of your notes in one place instead of having a different file for each study you do. You can create new notebooks with different sections and as many pages is each section as you like. You can copy graphics, text, links, and pretty much anything else that could be brought into your studies. I would really like to be able to use L4s notes but they get pretty sluggish. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
+1 for onenote.
I export my final text to Word for printing. But Onenote is an incredibly powerful tool for research/study. Now if it could be fully integrated into Logos....
