Slides Failed to Render

Another technical challenge today with Proclaim. Proclaim wouldn't allow me to control today's presentation as it would not render the slides on my iPad. I'm starting to get frustrated with this software. Can someone please give me some good technical insight?

Did you see an error message on the remote app? or did they just look like they were loading and never finish? How is your internet connection at the church?

Internet connection was good. Error message several times something like "render failed" - restarted the app several times, even went to iPhone to control...same error

Ok. Our servers weren't under a particularly heavy load last Sunday and the server side instrumentation did not report any render requests that would take long enough for a timeout. We discussed it today and have a strategy for more in depth monitoring next Sunday. Not a great answer I know but we're going to keep investigating and appreciate any feedback you have on how it goes for you.
