Feb 24 release

Okay... today's Blog update from Scott says we should see the picture below (with the white background), but instead I'm seeing what's above (red background). I just downloaded it like instructed. It is making me use the old version, still. I'm on Windows 8.1. Any thoughts?

(sidenote, I also have the last Beta release installed, but I'm not using it)

If you upgraded to the new Windows version between the window of 8am-10:15am PST you will see issues when communicating with our servers. We have resolved the issue and we're working publishing an update which will automatically fix you up. However, if you want to take care of it manually you can uninstall Proclaim using add/remove programs (your data will be preserved) and install from http://downloads.logoscdn.com/Proclaim/Installer/1.21.0.0361/ProclaimSetup.exe

This will get you running the latest version. Thanks for your patience.

Okay... I followed all your advice, removed the old version and now all of the presentations I had created are gone but two. Not happy, not happy, not happy. I have been plagued with problems since day one. I have a one year subscription and if this keeps up WILL NOT renew. Any suggestions?
