Our license shows we are good thru April 2015, but in Proclaim it will not go on air without a watermark. Help!!
Well, not sure what happened. But about 30-45 min after we initially noticed we were "unlicensed", the watermark went away and the purchase of Proclaim was removed from our cart.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I was just investigating and signed into your group and saw the license. What is the name of the presentation you were trying to go on air with and I can investigate further. Thanks.
Hi, the presentation was "March 2, 2014". And it's happening again this morning with "March 9, 2014". Hopefully it, too, will clear up in a bit. The presentation computer is a Mac and was updated this morning from 1.21.0.372 to .373 (which seemed safe enough).

The license appears to have refreshed just now, so we are licensed again. What I did is log in on this computer under our administrator account (proclaim@bwaychurch.com) and let it sync, then go back to our presentation account (audmac@bwaychurch.com). Something about that sequence refreshed the license. This is what we did last week as well. So it could be a coincidence, but if not hopefully it gives you a path to follow for troubleshooting.

We are experiencing something "similar" here as well with the watermark issue and subscriptions. I have been in touch with my logos representative, proclaim tech support, and even graceway media tech support about it. They have remotely logged on to our computers to see the problem first hand, but even with that...our issue was not able to be resolved. It's been a little strange! If possible, I'd appreciate another point of view and feedback from you since it sounds like you've worked with this issue before! Please let me know if that would be possible soon...our church is kinda crippled right now and not even able to function at full capacity this Sunday because of it! Yikes! Any help would be appreciated!
