PROCLAIM NEW VERSION

I have been trying tu update my proclaim to the new versión. When I started to setup the system say "The installation of the Proclaim Prerequisites did not succeed". I have windows 8.1 in my lap. What do I need to do? THANKS

Ok. I will wait to see what happen, I will like to still use Proclaim in my church. I do not know if there is any problem with windows 8.1 I want to use my program this weekend.
