Error when trying to update proclaim

I am using the new windows installer that is supposed to be better.  I get this error when trying to update that it cannot overwrite the Proclaim.exe.config file.  I tried to grant permissions to that file, and it still gave error.  Said cancel, now I have to download the entire installer again.

When I downloaded again, it worked.  So I guess it is fixed when getting download from site, but when getting when it asks when you open the app, it isn't updating correctly as I get that error.

    If you call customer service at 800-875-6467 they should be able to help you resolve this.
