I could not access the Remote App this morning. Does it have anything to do with using the On Screen Bible?. The remote has worked somewhat over the past few months, but this morning it would not even load the presentation.

We also had the same issues. I wonder if it is a global issue with the Proclaim software. Any one else have insight into this?
I forgot to say that this is the first Sunday that we have used On-Screen Bible.
There were load issues on the slide renderer service used by the Proclaim remote. If you received the "rendering request failed" message this is likely the cause, most likely nothing to do with On-Screen Bible items. Working with the services team to determine exactly why this happened and how to avoid it in the future. My apologies for the disruption this caused.
