We just downloaded Proclaim for our church and we LOVE it so far. However, there are a few issues that I can't seem to find addressed anywhere else on the website. One of them has to do with presenting songs that were added with SongSelect. Proclaim automatically notices the Chorus, Verses, and Prechoruses and sets them up with hotkeys during the actual presentation, which is just wonderful. However, the automatic syntax for songs from CCLI has the bridge as (Bridge), and Proclaim will only recognize them and add them as a hotkey when they're noted as Bridge (no parentheses). We could go through and delete all the parentheses as we add our songs, but this seems like a silly thing to be happening if ALL the CCLI songs are notated that way. Shouldn't Proclaim notice (Bridge) and Bridge equally? And is there a way I can go in and change that myself?
