Now on Pre-Pub: Introducing Eastern Orthodox Theology by Andrew Louth
This is one of the best introductions I've read on the Orthodox Church, and I highly recommend it.
I will say, it helps to have some background in philosophy and patristics, as he assumes as much from his readers in how he presents the material—but beyond that 'learning curve,' it's a great read.

Thanks for bringing this up. Louth is great and I have read several of his books. Behr recommends this so I ordered this book.
I liked the style of writing in the page examples given.

Thanks Gabe. I'm not Orthodox but I'm interested in learning more.
