I have been using the trial version of proclaim and have found the planning center import to be somewhat limited. Please let me know if there is something I am missing and if not, please consider these issues for future versions.
I am looking for better control over the sides imported in from planning center. The only option I have found so far is the ability to only import songs. Please keep this in mind for the next 2 questions.
- Is there a way to direct certain slides to specific sections (pre-service, service, post-service)by default? Each item on the Planning Center Online "Plan" has a list box option for "Pre-Service", "During Service" and "Post-Service". It should be possible to use that field to direct those slides the corresponding section of Proclaim.
- Is there a way to prevent the "Heading" items from importing into proclaim? Each item on the Planing Center Online "Plan" has a type. Proclaim is obviously reading this data because it has the ability to recognize songs. It should also have the ability to see that an item is a heading and give us the option to "Exclude Headings" for imports.
- Is there a way to enter Verses in our Planning Center Online "Plan" in such a way that Proclaim will recognize the reference when the "Plan" is imported? It would be very nice if a reference in the title could be recognized and imported as a verse.
