Proclaim error?

When I pull up Proclaim it opens but nothing is working.  I can't add songs, Bible verses, I can't even open old presentations.  I have shut it down several times.  Along with shut the computer down several times.  I have been having issues with sluggishness during On air times.  Can anyone help me

Hello Barry,

I have not run into any of these issues in house. What OS are you using when this happens? Are there any updates you need to install on your computer? Also if you could post logs from the following location that would be great:

  Mac:

• /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/ 
• The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

     Windows: 

• XP    -  %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
• Vista/Win7   -   %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
