Reformed Platinum Base package Vs. Reformed Studies Bundle, ver. 2, XL.

Hi there, I currently have the portfolio edition base package, now I’m looking to acquire a reformed package. I was looking at both the reformed platinum base package and the Reformed Studies Bundle, ver. 2, XL. I need some advice as to which would be a more complete set and a better deal? Thanks
