Sizing of Slides

I noticed last Sunday that the slides are different sizes. Approximately one fourth of the larger slides did not show on screen. Is there any way that I can make all the slides the same size so that the whole slide will project on the screen and not have any hanging off?

Which slides are you talking about? All slides provided by Proclaim should match the aspect ratio of your presentation.

Thanks for the response. All of the Pre-Service Announcements work just fine. Some of the songs hang off the screen. Some of the Pastor's sermon hang off as well. It appears that the screens size has been increased just enough to have the first few letter of the first and last words on the line chopped. Today, I did a restart after service and that fixed the problem. However, I didn't discover the problem until service began. Before service the slides appeared to be right, but after adding a background to a song...that's when we discovered a problem. Any suggestions you may have will help. One note---it doesn't happen every Sunday or every time I add something to the program.

Which presentation is this happening on? I could take a look. Also, does this happen with uploaded backgrounds only, or all backgrounds (as well as the ones provided by Proclaim)?

Thanks again for your response. This happens on backgrounds provided by Proclaim. Our organist and pastor uploads their presentations. Before I add background to the words that the organist has provided (from Proclaim) I notice that the words are hanging off the screen. Restarting does not always correct the problem. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Are they actually running off the screen itself or are the backgrounds not filling the entire screen? I've run into this problem before. If you are using backgrounds you uploaded yourself, make sure you are choosing them with the correct aspect ratio or they will not fill up the entire slide. For example, if you are running in 16:9 widescreen and you choose a 4:3 background video you have uploaded, your words are going to run off the background (as Proclaim centers the video on the screen). You'll see all your words, but it will be distracting (in my opinion). Hope this helps!

If you can create an example in your group that reproduces the behavior we can take a closer look. Just let us know what it's named and we'll investigate.
