Proclaim freezes during video playback when user navigates away from proclaim

If a user clicks onto any other software or window (we are using Windows 7) while a video is playing during a live presentation, the software interface freezes (the video continues to play until it completes). If the sotware inferface is minimized it will not maximize again. The only solution is to shut down the proclaim.exe process and relaunch Proclaim.

Hello Nate,

I am unable to reproduce your issue. I tried running your March 30th presentation, went on air, played the video and then clicked on other software; After this I navigated back to Proclaim and it worked for me. Just curious, are all of your drivers up to date? Do you have another computer to test this on?
