Questions on the Anglican package

I've gone through the Silver in detail and found the following problems:

1. I couldn't identify a resource that corresponded to Logos Bible Software Maps (I did find the deluxe version) nor to the Faithlife Study Bible Maps. I suspect I have them but ...
2. On the Christian Origins and the Question of God series was the 3 or 4 volume set intended. I didn't get the 4th volume and already owned the 3 volume set.
3. In the Apostolic Fathers: Revised Texts and Apostolic Fathers, with an English translation and Apostolic Fathers in English, I'm sure I have them but I couldn't determine what was in the package
4. I couldn't find New Testament Apocrypha - on the website or in my collections
5. Please check the titles of the BCP & psalter ... I gave up matching them to the resources
6. In parallel passages Old Testament Allusions is a bit confusing when comparing to actual titles

That problem exists on numerous package lists (unless they've fixed the others recently). It's one of these:

I'm sure you've had them both for ages. They come with a number of Logos and Verbum packages.

I have a faint memory of these too being a problem I encountered when Verbum launched. 

Logos, please make sure you give us identifiable titles on all base package lists, present and future!
