I went back through and pulled some strings and now Paul and the Faithfulness of God will be included in all the Anglican packages from Bronze to Diamond.

I am very sorry for the confusion in all of this but I think this should make everyone happy!
It may take a bit for it to come through (as with the ICC volumes). If, after an hour or so, some of you still aren't seeing it, let me know.

Of course this now means that my dynamic price discount was too low as I should be credited for that volume, what steps are being taken to address that?

I think the best thing would be to call customer service and see if they can issue you a credit.

While the thought of pressing for a discount did amuse me don't worry, I will not bother. Your willingness to hand over cash to grasping customers does however do you credit.

I had the same issue. I called customer support and I found out that my software was not up to date. Once I updated the program everything worked like it was supposed to.

"update now" did not work for me but the more thorough "update resources" did, downloading five volumes (2 Isaiah volumes, Lamentations, Colossians and John 1-4).

Still no Wright volume. I am running 5.2 SR6 which is the current stable version. Yesterday, several times I updated resources for the volume and it downloaded a 6.6 mb file, said resources needed to be added. I restarted the software and nothing. This happened about 5 times.

Ok now I am running 5.2a which is the current stable release. I updated resources and again it downloaded a 6.6 MB file and said resources needed to be added. So, I restarted the software (as I did yesterday) and still nothing new.

Yes 5.2a, and here's a new one I have never seen before. It just downloaded and is sitting in the download folder, but the software is not recognizing it. It did everything like it should. Download resource, say I have resources to add so please restart and I restarted and once it came up the indexer wasn't spinning and the resource was not added to the library. I can move it from the download folder to the resource folder if you think that will work. But something is not working right. This was doing this last night with the previous software and today with the new software. I could move it to the resource folder and rebuild the index if you think that would work.

Try another restart of both the computer and Logos. If that doesn't work, something's probably wrong with the unlock, which only Logos can fix.

Very well thanks and still plugging away in the same portion of paradise.
The hurricane: Two and a bit quite stressful years dealing with insurance companies / builders / etc. as we faced millions in repair works. In fact, three years later, we are still to re-roof one of our churches and do internal repairs. Just waiting for this wet season to end.
So many posts and updates and new packages that I missed getting back to you... Yes, I know why you left. Thankfully it's much better these days.
I'm glad you're well, but sorry to hear you still have a church left to fix. But it takes time, I guess. You have a colleague here who's just going through the same thing. A priest I was at university with now has a church looking like this. They spent years renovating all their churches, then the vicar suddenly decided to convert to Catholicism, he became the new vicar, and before he even had time to get installed "his" church caught fire, so now he has to start all over again.
The real irony is that the last service was the Ash Wednesday Mass. And for Sundays in Lent we usually use an old sung litany that includes a prayer against fire, something that one doesn't pray about that often nowadays (at least not here; in Australia I guess you still have reason to). Felt weird when I knew what had happened the day before. But at least no one got hurt, and it seems they got the medieval stuff out in time. And the Tabernacle. And they managed to save the tower, thankfully. But they still expect it to take a couple of years.
Anyway, nice to hear from you. Hope it won't take as long next time.[;)]

Ok, some prepubs cleared and when they downloaded and installed the Wright volumes picked up and started working. So, I am good on Paul and the Faithfulness of God.

Just to clarify, Ben, I am able to access ICC and Paul via the desktop app (on Mac and PC)... For me, the problem is confined to mobile.
