Unable to fully Download Anglican Collection
Hi All,
This is my first post ever and hope I am in the right forum.
I purchased the Anglican Bronze Collection last night but have noticed it has not downloaded all the resources.
I have re-started logos a few time, done 'update resources', 'update library', 'update now' several times.
After downloading and installing different files, it seems that logos now downloads the same file but fails to install it. so it keeps doing this every time.
I hope this makes sense and would really appreciate some help.

I can't answer the problem but it will probably help to follow the instructions on this page http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging and post your log.

The logs don't show why this isn't happening (as far as I can tell).
Can you be specific about which Anglican Bronze titles you are missing?
Note: this may be a matter for customer service to resolve.
