When I embedded this page

http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p0181bn1

into the Pre Service section it would not play unless the time was set to match the length of the video.

The fact the that timer was left un-ticked made no difference. By default it seemed set to 3 Seconds

The service is uploaded as 140306 SEA Trinity,

I was able to reproduce an issue similar to this a week or so ago and I have published a bug report. It should get fixed soon; sorry for the inconvenience.
