Doing revival - Can I put my presentation on another church computer?
I am doing the presentation for our church praise teams revival at another church. This other church uses Proclaim and I have downloaded the 30 day trial for our church to try out. I completed out service order for tonights revival meeting and I am wondering if I can use my order of service on the other church's computer so that I don't have to duplicate it again on their computer.....

That's a perfect usage of Proclaim!
When you get to the other church, simply log in to their copy of Proclaim with your Logos ID and your presentation will be available to you.
The other option would be to invite their main user's Logos ID to join your presentation group. Then they can follow these steps to get access to the presentation you created:
1) Click their name in the top right
2) Click on "Set Up Groups..."
3) Click on YOUR group

The other church was added to our group, but couldn't figure out how to merge our presentations. I had the song part, and he had the beginning announcements loops.

If the church is part of your group, then you can collaborate on a presentation (which I am sure you already know). as long as both presentations are under the same group, you can add the items from his presentation to your presentation by copying/pasting or by using the 'reuse items' menu.
