Issue with uploaded video playback

The last few 2 weeks I've noticed issues with Proclaim playing back uploaded mp4.  Read that there was some issue with video playback in the opening/preprogram loop, so I will it out and see if that fixes the issue.

I upload and create on my win 7 laptop, looks fine on my end.  When I sync with the worship computer--the program says "all items are synced." and I start to run Proclaim.  When it gets to the point to play back video, the computer freezes.  Can't get out of proclaim, so I have to shut down the computer and reboot, reenter Proclaim. 

Everything else is running wonderfully :)

    Hello Joni,

    Could you try to reproduce this issue and then post the logs from the session? They should be located here:

    Mac:

    • /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/ 
    • The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

    Windows: 

    • XP    -  %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
    • Vista/Win7   -   %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
