Pre-Service Loop Questions

When I create a new blank presentation, I'm having trouble adding slides to the Pre-Service Loop portion. Actually, I just can't add them at all. There is no way to just add slides to the pre-service loop, it automatically just adds them to the service portion. Just curious if there is something I am doing wrong.

    Hi Esther

You are probably not doing anything wrong - Just add the first 'Pre-Service' Slide and let it go wherever it will.

Once it is in drag it up the list on the left hand side.

Once it is there - you can highlight it and future additions will be added directly following it.

These additions can be dragged anywhere in the presentation.

Proclaim will alway add slides following the one highlighted.

The problem is that we cannot select the division headings to put the first slide in place.

Yeah, it took me a bit to figure this out. I don't think anything of it anymore though.

What I've been doing every week is use the same presentation and just replace, delete, or add items. For example, most of our announcements are the same for about a month or more. If the Pastor is doing a series, most of those will be the same. Our countdown video will be the same until I decide to make a new one. Scriptures and worship are the only things that change every week.

Another thing that frustrated me until I learned it are how the items work. So when you Add Item >Video, you still have to assign the video file to that item. Also, if you start previewing other videos while that Video Item is selected, you are actually changing the video on that Video Item.
