David C. Cook has the book "Start Here" for free on their web site (http://www.dccebooks.com/free) and even has Vyrso as one of the reseallers who offer it for free (http://www.dccebooks.com/products/start-here), but it is $5.99 when I click through to Vyrso. Any chance it can be free on Vyrso?
