Trouble Loading Bible References

Hello,
We've been having an issue with Proclaim struggling to pull up Bible references from Biblia. I'll add the reference and the drop down menu will pop up, but when I select the passage I want, it'll take a while and then come up with the red triangle to the right of the reference entry box. There are a couple different messages I've seen with the same general gist, but most of the time it's something along the lines of "unable to find reference text on Biblia." That's the case at least when trying to pull something up for the On Screen Bible. If I use the regualr Bible slide, it takes a couple tries, but will eventually come up with the passage.
Looking in the ProclaimError.log file, I saw that there were several entries referring to an error handling the response in relation to api.biblia.com. Thinking maybe it's a DNS error, I flushed the cache and changed the DNS servers on both the computer and router, but that didn't have an effect. I can also navigate to api.biblia.com through my browsers fine, if that info is of any use.
Hopefully someone has some insight. I've attached several of the log files below.

Interesting, I have not run into this issue before except for when there are internet connectivity issues. Here is the following workflow that works for me:
- Create an OSB item
- Choose a translation
- Enter in a passage and choose it from the drop down menu
At this point, for me, the bible passage is looked up successfully. I will keep on investigating what is going on here and give you an update on what I find.

Yeah, that's the method that worked when the OSB first came out. It just stopped working after a while.
I have noticed that logos.com takes a while to load at church (where we use Proclaim of course), but it's pretty quick at home (same ISP at both locations). Most other sites seem to be fine. Does Proclaim need to get to logos.com before reaching out to Biblia? It does seem like there could be an issue with the network at church, but if there is, it seems specific to Proclaim. We're a small church, so it's the equivalent of home network, nothing complex at all.

I've been hesitant to update this as you never know with things like this, but whatever the problem was, it's been working right the past month or so. As far as I'm aware it didn't correspond to any software updates. Not too helpful in figuring out the issue, but thought I'd let you know Proclaim is working fine for us again.
Here's hoping it doesn't come back!
