BUG: Psalm reference in Menaion & Octoechos
I may be wrong as I've got Byzantine not Slavic sources but isn't the highlighted text an unlinked psalm reference? we had a similar problem in the BCP.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Yes, it should probably be linked, although 'O Lord, I have cried' is a compilation of Psalms 140, 141, and 129 with antiphonal singing and interspersed verses.
This is termed the lighting of the lamps or the lamp-lighting psalm, and is sung while the priest or deacon censes the altar, icons, and faithful, and when the rest of the lamps in the church are illuminated (as it's dark for Vespers).
We'll probably have to go back through these resources and make improvements over time, as there aren't many experts on Byzantine chant here (other than me). [;)]
