I am surprised they do not currently have it. Last September they did have dynamic pricing on it. I picked it up for $20. (Yes, I only got a couple books.)

Only products that don't have fixed royalties qualify for dynamic pricing. We're unable to offer it on this product. It was accidentally enabled a while ago, but removed shortly thereafter.
