Can we edit/add tags or even see the tags on these items?
You must add tags when you first upload the background (see screenshot)
Sometimes our volunteers upload content and don't add tags. It'd be greatly beneficial to be able to.

Editing tags is part of the new content management spec we're currently working on. It won't be in the first release of this new feature but is planned to come shortly after.
