Hello,
Our church meets at a school where we don't have access to their Internet connection. I usually use my MacBook Pro running OS X 10.9.2 and get Internet access by tethering my iPhone. Everything is peachy. I always updated Proclaim when it prompts me to.
But sometimes I'm not there on Sunday morning. And then we use someone else's laptop in offline mode (they synced the presentation at home before going to the school). And sometimes we've tried to add an image slideshow to the presentation at the school using pictures from a flash drive while we're offline. The other laptops have been running Windows (I think 7 & Vista, but I'd need to double check).
We've seen Proclaim quit unexpectedly while we're On Air, and we've also seen extreme unresponsiveness, as in 5-10 seconds to respond to a key press to change slides.
So this past Sunday we used my good laptop in offline mode, and sure enough Proclaim crashed in the middle of the presentation. Ouch! I've attached the error log from that crash, I think. At least it's dated from Sunday morning.
I'll try to get better about snagging log files, though that's not first and foremost on our minds in the middle of a church service.
I just wanted to let you know that we're seeing ongoing crashing while we're offline and On Air across multiple laptops and platforms.
HTH,
Jason
