I searched Intervarsity Press (the publisher) and found this. According to the webpage, it is out of print. Someone would have to contact them and ask them if they would be willing to sell it through Logos in electronic format. Probably won't happen, though. But, who knows.
Yes! It is a great resource.

Here are the cover images of this dictionary, which is a three-volume set:

Logos releases out-of-print books in electronic format all the time, through their Community Pricing program. So I wouldn't be so quick to say "Probably won't happen."
That's true, but if IVP still holds the licenses to this dictionary, I doubt that they would be able to put it in community pricing with a much lower price. Most of what is in community pricing tends to be in public domain (from what I can see anyway). If I am wrong, I would like to know. I do think it would be cool to have this in Logos. However, I would like to see all bible dictionaries (including this one) that are a decade old or older thoroughly update, revised, corrected, and expanded (e.g., more article entries that haven't been included but that NEED to be included). (This one is fast approaching the ten year mark).

Good point. But there's nothing to stop them from working out a deal with IVP to put it in pre-pub then. Just because it is no longer in print in a paper edition, does not mean it should not be released again digitally. I would think IVP would see the benefit in that to themselves, with little to no risk, unlike what bringing out a new print edition would have.
I am wondering if the reason it IS out of print is because it just wasn't selling as they had hoped. The Anchor Yale Bible Dictionary is older but still in print, and there are even older dictionaries that are still in print. So my conclusion (based on limited to no information) is that is why that dictionary is out of print. I agree, IVP definitely could make money on that dictionary if Logos were to print it electronically (since Logos has been doing that with other older books still in print, and are even selling books AND the revised editions at the same time, such as the Expositor's Bible Commentary to name just one). I am all for more bible dictionaries, personally, and so I'd pre-order it.
