Logos Server Down?

Hey guys, I can't seem to get my background media to come up. I also can't connect to logos.com or documents.logos.com. I'm guessing the server is down? Thanks for any help. Just wanted to make sure the problem wasn't on my end.

We're aware of some server issues and are investigating right now. Sorry I don't have any more information at this point.

There were sporadic issues with our search cluster this morning from 6:30am - 8:45am PDT. The issues should be resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience and please let us know if something is still not working for you.

It is inconsistent. One song loads the background content, the other two do not. I have restarted the computer and opened proclaim a couple times.

It will help us diagnose the issue if you could post the Proclaim.log file located here
Mac:
- /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
- The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.
Windows:
- %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\

Thanks for the logs. I don't see any error specifically related to media download but I do see lots of network errors (timeouts and failure to connect) when talking to the services. These errors are normally due to an issue with the user's local network configuration. Has anything changed with your network recently? Are you able to access the internet using a web browser?

Nothing has changed to our local network. I have access to the internet. But for about an hour this morning your server appeared to be down. I was unable to access the logos site and Proclaim was trying to connect to your server. Around 11, it connected to your server but the media content still won't load.

Which presentation of yours is giving you issues? I would like to take a look and make sure I cannot reproduce the issue.
Also, when a service item was not loading, was an error being reported on the sync icon (a red 'warning' triangle would have appeared and hovering the mouse over would show a message like 'An error occurred while downloading content')? Or did the service item simply not show up?
If there was no error message, please delete the following things:
SlideCacheManager.db in the following location: \Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Data\[random string]\SlideCacheManager
MediaCache folder in the following location: \Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Proclaim
Once these objects are deleted, please start up Proclaim and see if the service items load correctly. If there was a corrupted download of some sort, this will re-download your media.
