Way back in the days of Logos 3, there was a publisher called The E4 Group the offered Knowing God. Logos and that ministry had a falling out and I would not be surprised that E4 is blocking Logos from publishing it.
Did an search for them and they are still in business. It appears they have move to QuickVerse.

But the original resource licence came to me with E4 Bible Study Library Volume 3 (which explains the 2002 vintage)(These were never sold directly by Logos).

I have the same resource, but I don't recall getting it through E4. I remember buying the first two E4 libraries, but Logos and E4 parted ways before I could buy the 3rd volume. I may be wrong - I thought I bought my copy directly from Logos. The E4 resources I bought had "EPHESIANS FOUR" written somewhere on the title page; however, Knowing God does not.
I THINK in the L3 days this was available through some of the base packages. Maybe it was series X (L2.6).

Too far back for me to remember everything accurately...
Almost all of the E4 resources I have have E4 on the title page but this one does not: it looks like it was an IVP publication.
Yet my Libronix 3 Library About this Resource shows that this title is licensed to me via the E4 Bible Study Library Volume 3 and I only got the E4 CDs directly from E4. I do not recall these ever being available directly from Logos, but they may indeed have sold off what E4 had "in stock" after E4 went quiet for some time and re-emerged supporting a relatively ancient version of QuickVerse.
Would love this to be re-issued as a Logos resource because the current version is NOT available on mobile devices.Not sure how Logos ever made any money off this as E4 practically gave them away, yet relied on Logos for tech support.....
The one obtained via E4 is the 20th Anniversary (1993) edition (Americanized version).The original 1973 version was written while the author was at Trinity College, Bristol, so would have been in British English.Hopefully all those who have shown interest do not have to wait another 10 years for a 50th anniversary edition.....
It's available again now! Quick, buy it while you still can. Who knows if it will last.
