Bug: Cannot drag tabs, docs nor guides in SR-4

If I attempt to drag a tab I get a flicker (at best) and it resumes its original position. Dragging documents or guides from their menu is just not possible!

    I got that again today but it was fixed after rebooting the laptop!

    It is very unusual (never occurred before) and hasn't appeared in the Beta

    I'm sorry but I am not able to reproduce this in 5.2a SR-4 or in 5.2b Beta 1. [:(] 

    Does this happen consistently? Can you post up your logs when it does happen? Maybe there will be something in there that will help the Developers figure out what's causing this.
