The banned message is unclear - it comes up because you have selected "unsubscribe from all marketing emails" on your Accounts/Email List and RSS feeds page at logos. Turn that off and try again, it will probably work.

This is also a test of patience: you should get your coupon code by Tuesday (sent out most evenings, but probably not on Sunday)
