The banned message is unclear - it comes up because you have selected "unsubscribe from all marketing emails" on your Accounts/Email List and RSS feeds page at logos. Turn that off and try again, it will probably work.

You're right Don. I had the exact same message a few months ago. Did what you suggest and it worked.
