I am struggling trying to find my library after the shift from 3 to 4. Any ideas?

Please elaborate what has been tried to find library.
Logos 3 was known as Libronix DLS on Windows. Wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Upgrading_from_LDLS3
The Libronix 3 port to Mac was version 1; wiki => http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4_Mac#Mini_FAQ has some Logos for v.1 information.

Make sure under Libronix that you have synced the licences (backup?)... then when you restart 4, all you files should download.

Another question is why did you choose Logos 4? If your computer can handle it, you should download Logos 5 instead. L4 is virtually unsupported by now.
