Old images in my library

My library of images is full of old, outdated image files that I can't delete.  Our library is so full of old images, which must be waded through the get to the one I am looking for, which is buried in the middle somewhere.  May I suggest two changes for a future update?

1.  Allow users to delete old outdated files from my images library

2.  When adding an image from my library, have the most recently uploaded images appear first.

Hi - I use right-clicking on a file to delete it. It's frustrating having to do it one-at-a-time when there are lots, but I believe that media management has been promised as something that is being worked on.
