I was in for $36 (which is what I think it should go for) but raised my bid to $48 to help prevent a $60 crossing. I hope a few others will join in too.
That's what I did. I don't understand why people get so impatient and grabby for these CP offerings. A little patience goes a long way, but some people seem to think they need to have these centuries-old books like yesterday and so we all end up paying through the nose when it's just not necessary. This one is a perfect example--the $60 price tag didn't significantly improve the speed of the date of processing. A lot more people had to bid at $48 than $60 to get it up to the same level, which just goes to show what I've said many times...more people will bid on these at the lower levels if the price isn't set stupidly high right out of the gate.
Like Bruce said, 48 is a bit steep, too. In 4-6 weeks, this would easily saunter over the line at 36 or lower...but it won't have time to get that low.
Just bid $48 in the hope of dropping the $60
