I'd like to see "Imitating God in Christ: Recapturing a Biblical Pattern"

Since it seems that IVP is much more willing to release books on Vyrso than on Logos, I'd like to see Jason B. Hood's "Imitating God in Christ: Recapturing a Biblical Pattern" (see http://www.ivpress.com/cgi-ivpress/book.pl/features/code=8440 ) here. IVP sells it as eBook, so this should be easy!

Jason captured my eye with a very thoughtful article in WTJ from five years ago http://www.wts.edu/uploads/images/files/71.2.Hood.The%20Cross%20in%20the%20New%20Testament.pdf which in its second part seems to be the nucleus of the book.
