Is your MacBook shutting down, or the Logos application? Your log archive is missing the logos.log, but the other logs show errors that are beyond my meager troubleshooting abilities. Unless Dave Hooton responds, you might want to contact customer Service. See https://www.logos.com/contact
I see that you're on Mac - not my thing but I gleaned some hints as to the problem. What were you doing when the problem occurred?

The error seems to occur in resource discovery but you need to contact Technical Support for a detailed diagnosis.
