Transition to Video item not smooth

I just noticed that when I advance to Video items which I use from Graceway (eg. Welcome video, and Announcement video from Spring Leaves group), the still image appears for a split second, then it disappears as the video runs. I downloaded the video from Graceway and the video does not do this. So, I suspect it is a proclaim issue?
I tried this on my Windows machine which I use for set up, but have not gone to the worship computer (mac) to check it out.

I was able to reproduce your issue with the videos you talked about. I am going to publish a bug report now.
