Problem Opening Link in FLSB on Bible.Faithlife.com

Not sure where to report this issue, so I'm trying here first.

On Bible.Faithlife.com I signed in and opened the ESV and HCSB on the left side. While in the ESV (2nd tab) I opened Zephaniah. On the right the FLSB is open and connected so it shows the intro to the book of Zephaniah. There's a little icon to expand the content which talks about Zephaniah. Below the expanded content is a link to the HBD which I assume is Holman Bible Dictionary or Harper's Bible Dictionary. I click the link to open it and get an error saying it couldn't open. See the screenshot. The error shows up just above the page below the bookmarks bar. I'm Chrome on my Chromebook.

I can reproduce this - using Chrome on Windows 8.1

From the list of abbreviations at the back of FSB, HBD is "HarperCollins Bible Dictionary" - which I can load from the library so it looks as though it may be a linking issue as opposed to a resource issue.

The link works correctly in the FSB on the iPad

Same, Chrome on Win 7 EDIT same for IE /EDIT

maybe it's the link syntax. 

The HBD itself works on bible.faithlife.com, and just above the linked entry on "Zephania, Book of" is a working link from "Zephania" (i.e. the prophet). It looks like this: http://bible.faithlife.com/books/hbd/article/r3581 while the non-working one in FSB (which works in L5, by the way) looks like this: http://bible.faithlife.com/books/hbd/word/Zephaniah%2c_the_Book_Of  -

EDIT: however, the link below Zeph 1:1 to the prophet Zephania in HBD looks pretty much the same and works: http://bible.faithlife.com/books/hbd/word/Zephaniah 

I think it's the comma (%2c) character in the link - the same happens e.g. from links to Logos' own LBD out of sidebar "Wisdom literature", such as "Proverbs, book of": http://bible.faithlife.com/books/lbd/word/Proverbs%2c_Book_of 

EDIT2: to recreate you can simply try following links from this forum post - or the 'open book' links that don't give a preview in FSB on bible.faithlife.com, such as ISBE "Fear" from Job 1:9 http://bible.faithlife.com/books/isbe/VolumePage.V_2%2c_p_289 which again has the comma (%2c) in the URL.

I like Logos' attitude on this "Oops, we ran into an error while processing your request. We'll get that fixed ASAP! (error 400)" (highlighted by me)

Seems someone saw it, since it's fixed (at least for me, Kevin, what do you see?). Thanks!
