You need connectors between the terms (boxes) e.g.:-
Clause1 ---> clause Component1 ----> -Word1
Anything
clause Component2 ----> Word Group ---> Head Term ---> -Modifier ----> Word2
If these are all meant to be part of the one clause, there is a connector between Clause1 and Anything, and between Clause1 and Clause Component2
