Crashing after adding custom video
I just got the custom video email... added it to a presentation... and now I can't open Proclaim. I've also tried holding down the shift key (I think supposed to bypass startup check) and no luck. Is there anything else I can try?

btw... it crashes when it gets to checking licenses.

I am having the same problem, have tried repair of Proclaim but no luck.

Delete the mediacache folder located here:
Mac:
- /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/
Windows:
- C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Proclaim
Also delete your data folder so that the app can run from scratch. This should get you up and running again. However do not try to add the video to a presentation at this point. The issue is in the process of getting fixed.

You have to make sure you can see hidden folders.
