Notes Toolbar Formatting Error

Instead of wrapping, the notes formatting toolbar overflows out of the window and into the next window. (see image)

This is intentional -- the bar is floating on top, so that it works even if your window is very narrow. Otherwise the bar could end up, on a narrow note window, being three or four lines of controls.

Is it possible to have the ability to split the title heading in the Notes tab so that it is in the form of contents page down the left hand side of the screen (due to mny topics) and also have the possibility to alphabetically sort the title heading in the Notes tab like version 3 of Logos. See image below

The long, floating toolbar is an annoyance to me. I'm keeping my own set of notes of things I think should or should not be in Logos 4 and the toolbar has gained a few mentions.

I'd prefer the toolbar locked in place at the top of the Notes section and taking a few lines, or being in a drop-down window if the notes window is *really* narrow, rather than going far out to the side. One problem is that it can (and has) cover material that I'm trying to look at as I write my note. Another issue is that it's jumpy and distracting. This might be cleaned up as work continues, but if I do scroll through a note it tends to move in fits and starts and sometimes settles further down the screen than it is supposed to.
