Missing "The Methodist Experience in America Volume 1"

The Vyrso store carries The Methodist Experience in America Volume 2: Sourcebook, but it is missing the companion volume The Methodist Experience in America Volume 1. The latter is available on Kindle, so I know it has been published and is available in digital form.
