I've noticed when I use the custom text boxes copy and paste is grayed out. It is very frustrating to redo each each text box.

Have you tried using keyboard shortcuts? Mine works with keyboard shortcuts even though copy and paste are grayed out in the menu. Command-C and Command-V for a Mac and Control-C & Control-V for a Windows machine. But I did notice something else. I can only copy and paste the original custom text box, not any box that was created by pasting. I wonder if this is a bug... Also, once you add the first custom text box, make sure you de-select it by clicking somewhere else off the box and then re-select it with the mouse. If the curser is flashing in the custom text edit box the copy and paste shortcut will not work.
