I see the same thing. Looks like a formatting issue, rather than a font issue to me.
It's from the International Standard Bible Encyclopedia, Revised:

I appears in other articles where their is a multi-layered outline (e.g. Anthropology, Antichrist, Apocalyptic Literature - I didn't look further).
I note that if I copy the offending text and paste it into WordPad (and I assume other WP programs) it appears correctly. Also, only those lines which don't begin in the far left (marginal) position seem to be affected.

Logos acknowledged those at that time, but they have yet to fix it.
