Upload Fails, Cannot play media when restart Proclaim

I am trying to upload a video for Father's Day. 127 MB. It said it was uploading, but ended way too quickly. However it worked.
Quit Proclaim. Came back later, and the video says cannot load media.
Tried selecting the movie from the hard-drive and uploading again. Status bar said transcoding.
After it was finished, it would not play the video. "Cannot load media"
Here are the log files.

Does this happen with every video you upload or just this specific video? Also, what OS are you using when this happens? If you could tell me which presentation (and the name of the video in said presentation) this is happening in, I could take a look at it and see what is happening.

I checked your presentation and the video played fine for me on my machine. I would suggest deleting your data and mediacache folders and restarting Proclaim. The folders should be located here:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Proclaim
This will force your machine to download all media (including the video) again. Also make sure you have a stable internet connection. Let me know if this helps.

That fixed it.
Wow. 4.24 GB of data that had to be deleted. I think I have seen this advice on the forum before. Is this something that should be done programmatically, or at least some purging to keep things from getting out of whack?
