I think the problem with the three books is that they were purchased in a Piper bundle that Vyrso was selling in December. I think my order date was 12/28/13. If the people who are unlocking these books are looking at orders they will not see the titles listed individually, just "Piper Bundle." If there is a way to go back and look at that offer, you will see that I do in fact own all three books.
Today is the last day of the 15% discount on the 39 vol. Piper collection. I would like this to be resolved today.

thanks and the ones that affect me have been resolved - except one! - "Bloodlines" by John Piper. I see its available in the Logos bundle but I purchased in Vyrso?

Here's another one that may be worth checking: Return to Rome: Confessions of an Evangelical Catholic. I don't have it, but I'm 99% certain that it used to be in Vyrso.

You're right, but the licence for the Logos version was provided already n 2013 (or even earlier, can't look back further in my library)
