You can use a Web Page service item to show a You Tube video in Proclaim.

Optionally you could use one of the many browser extensions available which allow downloading the files from youtube and then upload to Proclaim (this option may violate copyright).

The best way that I find is to go to the youtube video and in the address bar type is "ss" in front of "youtube" in the url. That will open another box that will allow you to download the video. After you download the video, then go to proclaim and "add item" and then select "video" and browse your computer and find the video (probably saved to your video folder), and then select it and it will add to your presentation. After the video is in the presentation you can select the options for the video.

Maybe a screen recorder will help? You can use one to record and save the YouTube video you want in the format you like and then transfer it to Proclaim. I am using Joyoshare VidiKit and it is able to record videos in 1080p with no watermark.

Proclaim is a presentation software that allows you to create, edit and deliver presentations, it does not have the capability to download videos from YouTube. You can however use a third-party software like truepaintballer to download the video from YouTube and then import it into Proclaim for use in your presentation. keep in mind that downloading videos from YouTube is against their terms of service, also it may violate copyright laws. It is best to check the copyright owner permission before using it in your presentation.
