I'm trying to add lyrics that I have as WORD doc's
I converted to .txt files but it won't import MOST of them.
When I try to cut/paste it freezes even when only pasting a few words-

You need to make sure that the format of the .txt files conform to what CCLI uses, otherwise they will not import. As for freezing when copying and pasting text, I have not run into this in house. What are you copying and pasting from (plain text file, word doc, etc)? Also, what OS are you running when this happens. If you could post logs, that would be great as well. They should be located here:

I was finally able to input text to lyrics using a .txt file I had to change formats (Unicode 6.1 UTF-8)
I cant seem to find the Logs- the series of folders you posted doesn't seem to correlate to my iMAC

To answer your question I tried to paste from WORD as well as .text fileI have no problem C/P in the other slides just the lyrics slides

I am wondering if a solution has been found for this issue. The same thing happens to me when I try to copy & paste from a Word doc or PowerPoint slide. This only started happening a few weeks ago. I used to copy/paste all of the time with no issues, and then after one update (not sure which one), I could no longer copy/paste. Very frustrating as I have to manually type all of the words of a song. I have used regular .doc, saved as .txt following Unicode 6.1 UTF-8. Nothing works.
A fix has been made for this and should be shipped with the next update. Here is a workaround that seemed to work for me in the mean time:
Following this workflow, you should be able to copy and paste your lyrics.
